Texas Homeschool Coalition Election Results Analysis
Rep. Stephanie Klick's "low down" opponent
Updated on Monday, Apr 29, 2024
Candidate David Lowe has added another no-show to his list of debate forums he has skipped, without any courtesy to tell the event coordinators that he was skipping the event. I'm talking about the Monday night, April 29th forum at the Northeast Republican Club which has hosted debates for many years in its long existence where Stephanie Klick was present and answered all audience questions. Which type of representation in public office is effective? Campaign flyers and text messages with misrepresentations and outright lies, or a candidate who listens and leads with integrity and conservative values like Rep. Klick?
An interesting article and interview on this race has been published by NBC Dallas/fort Worth. It's worth the read!
Some have received a political flyer that alleges that our beloved Representative, Stephanie Klick voted to "increase her own pension". Bless his heart, this defeated opponent in the previous election cycle is at it again, spreading misinformation that is at best misleading, and at worst a lie when the truth is told. The Texas Voice set the record straight on this issue, and you can read the entire article here. Rep. Klick received Texas Right to Life's "Texas Legislator of the Year" award for her efforts to protect all life in Texas. What is her "low down" opponent's hidden agenda that seeks to malign a person in our community who has effective long term relationships in the community and good working relationships with conservative Texas Legislators? Is it because she has lived here all of her life and her opponent is funded by dark money sources that have an agenda that Rep. Klick opposes and stands in the way of them accomplishing it? Follow the money, and you will find the answer to this question should you want to know the answer.
The organization behind her opponent has money to spend, and mistruths to proclaim in their hidden agenda against Stephanie Klick, Governor Abbott, and ultimately Texas by their vicious hatred towards a person who is serving her constituents well in District 91. Stephanie Klick's opponent, David Lowe, in his recent campaign finance report shows a $50,000 contribution from Texas United for a Conservative Majority PAC. You you can read about this shady faux-conservative organization here. These two links should provide voters pause in supporting a person like David Lowe who has no elected experience in the area and has a habit of deliberately misrepresenting his opponents legislative record. If he is willing to lie about so many things, what would he lie about to you if he ever was elected to a political office where truthful communication is the basis of that relationship?
Inigo Montoya, of Princess Bride fame has the classic line for Stephanie Klick's opponent if revised slightly:
"You keep saying that word (fact). I do not think it means what you think it means."
Ask those who were actually there and not paid by west Texas billionaires with a hidden agenda for Texas and hear the real facts. I wonder if Stephanie's opponent did his training with CNN that has perfected the art of hiding parts of the truth to promote an agenda. Once you have researched several of her opponents alleged "facts" and get the rest of the story, it should bring a chuckle to your day as we all go to the voting booths to re-elect the real Republican with a verifiable conservative record, Stephanie Klick.
A Republic, or We the People?

The differences between these two may seem inconsequential to some. but there are distinct differences that should affect the way we vote and the campaigns that influence us in our voting decisions. If you are interested, click here for the article on my family website blog.

"It is easier to fool people than to convince them that they are fooled" While this exact quote cannot be found in Twain's writings, here is the probably source of the popular statement: "The glory which is built upon a lie soon becomes a most unpleasant incumbrance. ... How easy it is to make people believe a lie, and how hard it is to undo that work again!" - Autobiographical dictation, 2 December 1906. Published in Autobiography of Mark Twain, Volume 2
