Nov 7 Constitutional Amendment Election Resource
Updated on Tuesday, Nov 21, 2023
One of the best resources to understand the Constitutional Amendment Ballot Propositions is from the House Research Organization.
This is a bi-partisan view of the propositions where you can read what Legislators and their research staff who support the propositions lay out their reasons, and Legislators and their staff who oppose the propositions lay out their reasons. The publication is put out every time there is a Constitutional Amendment Election, and the quality and depth of the research is second to none.
