Supreme Court case 22-380
Updated on Monday, Feb 20, 2023
There has been a filing in the Supreme Court regarding dereliction of duty by United States elected officials which did not investigate the public complaints brought forward of election fraud across the country. The case is 22-380, and will be decided the day before Thanksgiving, Nov 23, 2022. The link to the Supreme Court case is here.
The petition in this case partially reads as follows:
This case uncovers a serious national security breach that is unique and is of first impression, and due to the serious nature of this case it involves the possible removal of a sitting President and Vice President of the United States along with members of the United States Congress, while deeming them unfit from ever holding office under Federal, State, County or local Governments found within the United States of America, and at the same time the trial court also has the authority, to be validated by this Court, to authorize the swearing in of the legal and rightful heirs for President and Vice President of the United States.
There is much that has happened prior to this case reaching the Supreme Court, the details are known to those of us who are following these citizen actions. Pray, this is a spiritual battle that we are engaged in here in America at this time that is unlike any we have ever faced.
UPDATE 11/25/2022 - The government (Solicitor General) filed a request for waiver to respond to this petition unless requested to do so by SCOTUS. I will update as this case dockets unfolds.
