Results of Texas Constitutional Amendment Election

All of the ballot propositions appear to have passed in Texas according to the results posted on the Texas Secretary of State's website. Tarrant County's voting results supported this outcome. The Texas Voice has a good wrap-up of the Election results.

The Senate District 9 race will now proceed to a runoff election between the top 2 voting results. Republican Leigh Wambsganns and Democrat Taylor Rehmet will face off in a runoff election scheduled for January 31, 2026.
